Most service repairs are handled locally because The Audio Visual Company(AVCO) is an authorized service center for the majority of the equipment that we sell. Our service/installation department is the largest in the state and is regarded as one of most creditable in Hawaii. Our multi-skilled service repair staff can repair anything from a basic overhead projector to the very sophisticated video equipment on the market today. In addition we offer service contracts for equipment that is no longer under warranty. These service contracts are customized to match the unique needs of our customers.

Our technicians provide the servicing and repair of professional and broadcast cameras, monitors, and VCR's and other video equipment on a routine basis. Throughout the year Sony, Panasonic and other major manufacturers will conduct workshops for these technicians to reinforce skills learned at previous workshops and to introduce them to the latest technology that has been developed. We take pride in knowing that our staff is one of the most highly trained in Hawaii.

Service Center
The Audio Visual Company Service Center is located in the Newtown Center across from our corporate offices. Operating with a staff of eight service technicians, we are able to service and repair a wide spectrum of electronic products. We are trained by factory representatives and certified to perform authorized service for many products.

Service Calls
We perform on-site service calls for many system installations. Many of these service calls are included as a result of service contracts which were purchased during the initial installation.

Service Contracts
AVCO offers service contracts for your existing room equipment as well as extended service contracts to extend warranty and repair coverage for your equipment.
