Service & Maintenance Plans

Whenever service is provided, the charge for services, parts and outer island travel expenses (plus applicable tax) will be deducted from your balance. Hourly charges deducted from your balance will be done in 30 minute increments. A report showing your balance will be sent to you for your records.

By purchasing a Service Advantage or a Service Advantage “PLUS” Plan, you can minimize the inconvenience of waiting for a purchase order or an approval of funding for a service call. Please contact our service department and ask about our Service Advantage Plan programs.

Service Advantage Plan Programs

  • Service Advantage Plan
    $2,500to $4,499
    • Plan levels are re-adjusted (according to remaining balance) after 1 year from purchase.
    • Plan Expires 1 year from date of last account activity. Funds are non-refundable.
    • Carry-in
      $95.00 per hour

    • On-site service
      $120.00 per hour.

      Travel time: $50.00 per hour for Oahu
      ($75.00 per hour for outer islands)
  • Service Advantage "Plus" Plan
    $4,500or greater
    • Plan levels are re-adjusted (according to remaining balance) after 2 years from purchase.
    • Plan Expires 2 years from date of last account activity. Funds are non-refundable.
    • Carry-in
      ($85.00 per hour)

    • On-site service
      $105.00 per hour

      Travel time: N/C For Oahu Only
      ($75.00 per hour for Outer islands)

For Location:

Schedule of Services for our Service Advantage Plan programs includes:
Availability:Monday – Friday (excluding company holidays), 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (contract hours). Outside contract hours the rate will be 1.5 times rate.
Response Time:
Service Advantage Plan: Call back to customer within 2 hours following receipt of a service call.
Service Advantage “PLUS” Plan: Call back to customer within 1 hour following receipt of a service call.
Parts Coverage:Replacement parts for your repair may be purchased by using your Service Advantage Plan.
Billing Increments:There is a minimum charge of 1 hour per technician sent out on each service call. After the first hour of each service call, charges will be applied in 30 minute increments.
Time of Coverage:
Service Advantage Plan - Good for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Advantage “PLUS” Plan – Good for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase
