The Audio Visual Company (AVCO) was awarded the project to upgrade the electrical system, remove and upgrade the entire audio system in the Stan Sheriff Arena. The old system was hard to hear clearly and an upgrade was desperately needed. The old audio system was removed which mainly hung from the existing catwalk system. All audio amplifiers, cabling and support systems were replaced. New audio equipment and remote racks were installed to assist connection from the announcer booths on the side of the arena floor or up above the seats. The new system provides clear audio no matter where you sit in the arena.
